"Excellent magazine (I mean newspaper) and great app"
I hold a digital subscription to the Economist and usually read the weekly content cover to cover (to use an outdated metaphor).
I find that published content is generally excellent with broad coverage of a huge range of global issues, an entertaining house style and impeccable use of the English language – the Economist style guide is famous for a reason. It's also nice to receive daily articles of the same quality as published in the weekly magazine.
My only critique is that the short-form 'Espresso' content on a Saturday is sometimes of a lower standard than the weekday updates. Factual errors sometimes sneak through (e.g. Ethnic Albanians in Nagorno-Karabakh rather than Ethnic Armenians) and a recent piece about Robert Zemeckis movie 'the Witches' seemed to be pulled straight from an HBO press release.
"Excellent magazine"
Pricey but an excellent read to stay informed and understand important economic trends. I like their analysis, seems to be "middle of the road", less biases then other "true blue" or "red" publications.
